Open Training scheduled hours

Monday: 6.15 to 8.15pm

Tuesday: 10 to 12am

Thursday: 11am to 1pm

Friday: 10am to 12 noon

Sunday: 5 to 7pm (trial basis)

Notification of cancellations will occur through the WhatsApp group (QR below).

Rarely, it is possible that cancellation may occur at the last minute due to emergency circumstances, and we thank you for your patience and understanding in these cases.

Fees

Members (enrolled in a class): €5 per session, €25 unlimited per month.

Non-Members (not in a class): €10 per session, €50 unlimited per month.

The monthly fee covers unlimited attendance for the calendar month and is priced for those who plan to attend more than once a week.

The monthly fee is on an honour system: if you say you paid for the month, we believe you. If you break this trust, you will not be allowed to attend sessions in the future. All fees are payable ONLY by QR code, available in the main hall, at the time of attendance. Cash, invoices, and other forms of payment are NOT available.

Sign-ups

Signing up is not required in advance, simply show up during the posted hours.

One goal of the program is to promote training community at GCC, and so if you plan to attend, we encourage you to drop a line in the WhatsApp group so that other people know.

The first time you attend, you will receive a waiver and etiquette agreement and have an orientation. These are not optional, and violation of the etiquette agreement will mean you cannot attend in the future and will not receive a refund.
