Acrobatics is an expressive, dynamic circus skill that improves self-awareness, adaptability and empathy. It’s also lots of fun! Acrobatics is a base discipline in circus – it helps with all other disciplines. This class includes warmups, workouts and the basics of acrobatics. Participants will train in hand-eye coordination, balance, posture, flexibility, and strength. This class is suitable for all body types and fitness levels.
