This special skills class is for young people ages 11-17 interested in honing their skills on a unicycle and/or stilts with a walk-about/performance opportunities.

About unicycling:

  • Improves balance and coordination
  • Improves concentration, patience and reflexes
  • A great form of exercise, working your core, legs and arms

About stilts:

  • A great form of exercise that engages your core muscles, improves balance, strengthens leg muscles, and enhances overall coordination
  • Improves concentration, balance, and coordination
  • See the world from a different perspective - up high!
