(NEW!) Fit & Flex

Get energized and give your confidence a boost with a fun fitness class run by circus professionals! In this class for adults, participants will work on body awareness and conditioning, flexibility and motor skills through movement and bodyweight exercises. Not your typical fitness class, Fit & Flex is designed to keep you laughing and having fun while learning new skills. This class is suitable for all body types and fitness levels.

Classes are 12 weeks.

There are two options for class:
Mondays 8-9am, starting September 20th
Thursdays 11am-12pm, starting September 23rd

Adult Aerial

Participants will challenge themselves both physically and mentally on the aerial apparatus and experience a great full body workout that builds strength and flexibility. Learning elements of contemporary circus and dance, participants will discover how to develop and create movements at different levels and will experiment with a variety of movements above, on and under each prop. Participants will use different props such as the aerial hoop, silks, cocoon and trapeze. This class will also feature body awareness and conditioning activities that will assist in the creation of aerial routines. This class is suitable for all fitness levels and body types and classes will be adjusted to fit the needs of each skill level.

Classes are 12 weeks.

There are two options for class:
Tuesdays 10:30am-12pm, starting September 21st
Thursdays 8:15-9:45pm, starting September 23rd

(NEW!) Handstand

See the world from a different perspective in our new handstand class! In this open level class, participants will start by learning the basics, including facing the fear of being upside down, and will progress to more advanced practice, such as moving legs and even one arm while doing a handstand. This class allows participants to practice mindfulness in a different way while still exercising the body, and teaches how to find balance not only in practice, but in life. This class is suitable for all body types and fitness levels.

Classes are 12 weeks.

Class will be held Wednesdays, 6:30-8pm.
