Our Golden Circus class is designed to introduce older adults to the basic skills and joy of circus. Classes will feature a variety of activities, including balancing, tightwire, juggling, manipulation, aerials and acrobatics.
In this class, participants will:
- Improve balance, coordination, and flexibility through gentle circus activities
- Increase flexibility and strength
- Enhance cognitive function and memory through engaging and enjoyable exercises
- Learn new skills in a safe and welcoming environment
- Reduce stress and improve wellbeing
- Boost self-esteem and confidence
- Feel encouraged to express themselves creatively
Our experienced and compassionate tutor will ensure that each participant receives personalized attention and guidance, and is committed to creating a positive, enjoyable, and safe experience for everyone. This class is suitable for all levels and abilities.
