What an incredible year 2018 has been for GCC - check out our latest newsletter and make sure to subscribe if you haven't already.

We got into the festive season early this year as we celebrated our member's national television debut....

The Late Late Toy Show featured two of our very own youth members....

'In the electric atmosphere and back-stage bustle of live national television, the GCC girls carried themselves with professionalism, patience and good humour. The costumes were heavy, the studio lights were hot, the waiting was hard, and we found out just how much work is involved in getting a show on the air. HUGE shout out to Tony Mahon, who stepped up heroically to give us technical support and looked after us so well we couldn't possibly have done it without him'

Ian MacLochlainn, parent of GCC youth members, adult aerialist, circus enthusiast and member of the Galway Community Circus Board of Directors

Late Late Toy Show

Our incredible youth, stilt-walking, duo Bridget and Enya were part of the opening of the legendary 'Late Late Toy Show' on RTE this year, and were individually mentioned by Ryan Turbridy who also gave a shout out to our very own Galway Community Circus. The team were cheering you on from numerous TV sets and RTE players from around the country and we are so proud of you both for the great performance. What a way to jump start the festive season for us all this year - a huge well done for representing us on national television.

We want to take this opportunity to sincerely thank all of our sponsors and funders for making this year happen. We are so grateful to you all and are excited about what awaits us in 2019.

Wishing you all a very Merry Christmas and truly wonderful New Year, full of inspiration and happiness.

All the best, from the entire GCC team.
